About SPMER
School of Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research (School of PMER): Building Capacity, has been established in 2010 as a training and research consultancy. This is independent member based consultancy that provides planning, monitoring, evaluation, research and training services. Its mission is to contribute for the enhancement of the planning, monitoring, evaluation, research and training on socio-economic, education and public health issues. It is properly registered to the government’s office at Company Registrar’s Office in Kathmandu district.
